Jim Johnson 1964 TR4

Was pulled out of a barn by my dad as the owner needed money to buy a house. Dad had it for many years and just drove it. He did undercoat it with the same product used on UPS trucks many years ago. Once he couldn’t drive it he told me to take it home. I’ve had it almost 30 years and it needed help - major oil leaks. Decided either fix it or sell it. Found an excellent mechanic to redo the engine. Once he started he convinced me to do more. More included removing everything- engine, tranny, all suspension etc. Only thing not done was remove body from frame. Undercoating saved this car. Almost no rust. All original body panels and floors. Still needs a top - hasn’t had one in 30 yrs. Seats could be redone too. Otherwise it’s an original car!
